Services

Pave it, overlay it, or fix the part that failed.

Houses and businesses. The right fix depends on the base, the water, and the traffic — a driveway, a commercial lot, or a private road.

01

Driveways & approaches

New pavement, tear-out and replace, and widenings for houses and shops.

Most driveway failures around Billings start underneath: a thin lift over soft dirt, or water sitting against the garage. We look at the base, the slope away from the building, and how the edge meets the street before we talk thickness.

02

Commercial paving

Lots, approaches, and overlays for shops, plants, offices, and yards that take trucks.

Commercial work is a regular part of the schedule, not a side job. A lot has to drain, and the base has to carry more than a passenger car. We pave new, overlay a sound surface, or cut out the failed sections and tie them back in.

03

Overlays

A new lift over pavement that is still structurally sound.

An overlay is a surface, not a rescue. If the mat is shoving, pumping, or broken into pieces, a new layer just copies the problem. We will say so before the trucks are scheduled. When the base is good, an overlay is the right money.

04

Sealcoating & patching

Seal a sound drive or lot, or cut out what is already gone.

Sealcoat is maintenance on pavement that is still solid. A patch is a repair. We spray sealer on drives, lots, and yards, and we saw-cut failed areas and tie a new patch into the sound pavement around them.

05

Base, grade & haul-off

The work under the black top. This is the part that decides the lifespan.

Grade, drainage, crushed base, compaction, and haul-off of the old material. Fabric when the subgrade earns it — not as a line item for its own sake. The pretty mat is the last step, not the first.

06

Private roads & lanes

Lanes and approaches that see more than a car or two.

Ranch lanes, shop roads, and shared approaches. Same rules as a driveway, with more structure: water off the road, a base that matches the traffic, and edges that do not ravel the first winter.
